WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COUNSELLING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Psychotherapy aims to gain more insight into someone’s problems and provide long-term relief, while counseling aims to help people resolve current issues and cope with a specific challenge.

In other words, psychotherapy addresses the root cause and core issues of current problems so that lasting change and personal growth may occur. In the context of mental health, "counseling" is generally used to denote a relatively brief treatment that is focused primarily on behavior. It often targets a particular symptom or problematic situation and offers suggestions and advice for dealing with it. Lisa uses these methods interchangeably.
WHAT IS WALK AND TALK THERAPY?
A walk and talk is a therapy session that takes place outside.
Some of the locations include:
Brimbank Park (Keilor East)
Royal Botanic Gardens (Melbourne CBD)
Altona Beach (Altona)
